Contact us
Email hello@gaffr.uk. A person at Gaffr reads that inbox. Say which app you use, Gaffr or Gaffr Live, and which booking if it's about one.
In an emergency, call 999.
Something went wrong on a booking
- Crew didn't turn up, or the person who came wasn't who you expected: in Gaffr, open the booking and use “Crew didn't show” or “Problem with this match”. A person at Gaffr looks at every claim.
- In Gaffr Live, if a client says you didn't show, the app asks for your side. Reply there.
- Anything else on the day: email hello@gaffr.uk with the date and venue. We'll look into it and tell you what we decide. For a client, that can be a full or part refund.
- Hurt, or something unsafe on site: Gaffr Live has an incident report.
- A message that's abusive or shouldn't be there: open the conversation and use Report or Block.
Signing in
- Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the Sign in screen.
- Crew accounts are tied to the email address we invited.
Payments and fees
- Clients: your card goes to Stripe, not to us. Gaffr's fee sits on its own line on every quote, and what cancelling costs is shown before you confirm. See What you pay, the card hold, and cancelling.
- Crew: pay goes to your Stripe account after each shift. See How you get paid.
